Providence Life Services is the parent company of ProviNET Solutions.  Consistent growth has created a need for a Talent Acquisition Manager to run the recruiting operations for both organizations.



The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide the overall strategic direction for the design and delivery of talent acquisition for both Providence Life Services and ProviNET Solutions. This position will ensure that recruiting and sourcing strategies consistently attract top talent from both the healthcare and technology industries.


The Talent Acquisition Manager will be solely responsible for staffing all of ProviNET Solutions technology (and other) positions. This person will be the thought leader in the overall acquisition strategy for both PLS and ProviNET. This role will build high-trust partnerships with all levels of management and employees. The Talent Acquisition Manager will possess a strong passion for building distinguished recruiting programs and processes, offering creative solutions addressing the ongoing competition for top talent.


Summary of essential job functions

  • Proactively run all recruiting operations for both Providence Life Services and ProviNET Solutions.
  • This person will be solely responsible for staffing all of ProviNET Solutions technology and general office positions.
  • Lead strategically as well as oversee the day to day operations of the PLS Talent Acquisition Team, which includes resource allocation and planning.
  • Manage the team from a KPI driven analysis, and well as a holistic approach.
  • Create and maintain programs, processes and strategies to ensure PLS maintains a contemporary, healthy and flexible recruiting environment that supports business priorities.
  • Formulate large system thought processes and strategic planning ability, coupled with hands-on operational and implementation experience and the ability to align processes and systems.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, drive high performance.
  • Conduct on-going research on best practices and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement diversity recruiting strategies and tactics that result in a pipeline of diverse talent at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process including screening, interviewing, preparing offers, extending offers and salary negotiations.
  • Source and recruit for corporate and facility positions utilizing market and industry knowledge to help develop successful sourcing plans and strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing department to ensure the needs of outreach and recruiting materials.
  • Maintain effective relationships with PLS and ProviNET hiring managers, and ensure recruiting operations are running smoothly.
  • Partner and consult with PLS and ProviNET hiring managers to identify long term and short term staffing needs and develop the necessary recruiting strategies for sourcing top talent.
  • Train and work with PLS and ProviNET hiring managers on the full life-cycle recruiting process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet



Skills necessary

  • Three plus years of recruiting, staffing and sourcing experience.
  • At least one year experience recruiting for the technology industry. 
  • Two plus years of management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing candidate skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a variety of positions at multiple locations.
  • With an exceptional energy level, drive and a commitment to excellence, this individual must be a strong leader who can coach and inspire outstanding performance throughout the organization.
  • Excellent project management, program management and negotiation skills.
  • High levels of creativity and candidate needs assessment skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in building recruiting functions, with the ability to anticipate and get in front of potential roadblocks.
  • Strong leadership skills, both direct and indirect.
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally and influence across the organization.
  • Superb written and verbal communications.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and skilled in the use of recruitment channels and social media.
